Returns will not be accepted unless we have been notified in advance and within 3 days of receipt of goods, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning +44 (0)1622 290335.
We hope you will be pleased with our products, but if you would like to return them for a full refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them as long as you have notified us within three days of receipt of goods to advise us of any issues and to arrange a refund – we cannot refund on products returned outside of this procedure.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the cost of return postage and ask you to retain a proof of postage when sending them back. Products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure you package them adequately, using the original packaging if possible. Any damage that has occurred to the products whilst in your possession may affect your refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Business or trade purchases are excluded, and returns will not be accepted unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Refund of ‘returned Products’ lost in transit will not be considered unless proof of posting is supplied.
Claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods and packaging must be retained for inspection by our carriers. Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28-days of dispatch.
